Annual maintenance inspections are for the homeowner who wants to keep on top of the condition of their home. The first inspection is a regular home inspection where Ellis will note the over-all condition of the house and all of the related systems.  As examples, he’ll check the roof, determine how old the water heater is and offer appropriate recommendations, and so on down the line. It’s a good way to find out how things are and budget going forward. You ‘ll receive a complete inspection report as if you’re buying a house.

Once he has inspected and created an initial inspection report, subsequent yearly inspections will be cheaper.

The first inspection starts at $450.00. Subsequent inspections are usually $100.00 to $200.00
