Ellis is an approachable, easy-going individual with an eye for detail.  Before moving to the Finger Lakes area, he was in business for over 25 years in PA where he did mechanical systems inspections, repairs, and sales to both retail and wholesale customers.

He has always had an intuitive curiosity for how things work and has applied this many times over in home renovations; electrical, HVAC, and plumbing installations and repairs; deck construction; grading and landscaping; and roof and foundation repairs.

After selling the property, closing his business, and relocating, he was looking for a way to combine his curiosity and experience.  Home inspections have since been a great fit.
