Ellis is an approachable, easy-going individual with an eye for detail.  Before moving to the Finger Lakes area, he was in business for over 25 years in PA where he did mechanical systems inspections, repairs, and sales to both retail and wholesale customers.

He has always had an intuitive curiosity for how things work and has applied this many times over in home renovations and repairs. Over the years, he has worked with interior finishes, flooring, framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, foundation, roofing, windows, decks, grading, and landscaping

After selling his business and relocating to Trumansburg, he was looking for a way to combine his curiosity and experience.  Home inspections have since been a great fit.
