📏 NY Regulated Mold Projects (10+ sq ft)
Under Article 32 of the New York State Department of Labor, mold contamination of 10 square feet or more is considered a regulated project.
This requires:
Independent mold assessment
Written remediation protocol
Separation between assessor and contractor
Post-remediation verification (when applicable)
